Exterior Cleaning (Power Wash)

 

CLEANING

  • All Units must remain vacant and open before cleaning.
  • Employees will take a photo of the apartment number and pictures beforehand.
  • The estimated time employed on cleaning each unit is 3 to 6 hours depending on the
    conditions.
  • Cleaning materials will be supplied by Top Level Cleaners, LLC.
  • Any extra work required in units needs to be approved by the manager.
  • After each unit is completed needs to be approved by the manager.
  • If work is not completed per instructions, we will proceed back at no extra charge.
